Research group of DanaTrips have made every effort and attempt to provide and gather accurate and up to date information step by step, so we will not accept no responsibility for any injury and inconvenience by any persons using this website. Please consider that any use of DanaTrips website content without written permission is strictly forbidden and if you are interested in using any part of our content contact via info@danatrips.com

DEPOSIT

Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Receipt of a deposit per person, and signed contract (electronic signature or hand-signed) is required to hold your reservation.

FINAL PAYMENT

The balance of the tour price will be due 40 days prior to the tour commencement date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, payment must be paid completely.
Full payment must be done 30 days prior to the tour commencement.

CANCELLATION FEES

If you decide to cancel your booking the following charges apply. Cancellation charges are based on the number of days from the time DanaTrips receives written confirmation of your cancellation, to the start of the services provided – whether air and land or just land services.

  • More than 40 days before departure: your deposit is non-refundable
  • 40-31 days prior 25% of total amount due
  • 30-21 days prior 50% of total amount due
  • 20-16 days prior 75% of total amount due
  • 15-0 days prior 100% of total amount due

PRICES

All prices are subject to increase up to the receipt of final payment due to any increase in our costs, such as, but not limited to: increases in air, land or sea fares, fuel cost, and currency fluctuations. All taxes and any other taxes or charges imposed by airlines, airports, governments, etc. are not included in price. After final payment the only price increases can be for newly imposed governmental taxes. Gratuities not specifically mentioned are excluded.

FINAL DOCUMENTS REVIEW

While DanaTrips takes the utmost care in making sure the information on your itinerary and information documents, which are Final Documents, is complete and accurate, it is your responsibility to carefully read and review the final documents upon receipt. Failure to contact us in time to allow for the correction and re-sending of the final documents could result in the loss or cancellation of your reservation, tickets or services listed on the documents for which DanaTrips will not be responsible. In such a case, no refunds will be possible.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT AVAILABLE ON REQUEST ONLY

Payment of the single supplement will ensure that you are provided with a single room throughout the program. People wishing to take the single supplement are therefore advised to book well in advance.

UNUSED PORTIONS OF THE TOUR

We regret that refunds will not be given for any unused portions of the tour, such as meals, entry fees, accommodation, flights or transfers. No refund will be given for any unused tour features, whether because of customer’s choice, operational reasons, because of bad weather or any other reason.

TOUR CANCELLATIONS

DanaTrips reserves the sole discretion to cancel any tour or to modify itineraries in any way or trip features at any time and for any reason, it considers appropriate. Tour costs may be revised, subject to unexpected price increases or exchange rate fluctuations.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY

If the number of participants on a tour is significantly less than budgeted, or if there is a significant change in exchange rates DanaTrips reserves the right to amend the advertised price. We shall, however, do all in our power to maintain the published price. If DanaTrips is forced to cancel you will get a full refund of all tour monies paid. Occasionally circumstances beyond the control of DanaTrips make it necessary to change airline, hotel or to make amendments to daily itineraries. We will inform you of any changes in due course.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

DanaTrips is not in charge of any travel insurance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DanaTrips is not a carrier, event or tourist attraction host, accommodation or dining service provider and it does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, guides or trip leaders, food service providers, equipment suppliers, ground operators, etc., including, without limitation, various entities which may utilize the DanaTrips name. All bookings made and tickets or coupons issued by DanaTrips for transport, event, accommodation, dining and the like are issued as an agent for various service providers and are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by each service provider. DanaTrips is not responsible for their products or services and any negligent. If a service provider does not deliver the product or service for which you have contracted, your remedy lies with the service provider, not DanaTrips.

DanaTrips will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental claim like damage, sickness, injury, death, or loss arising from any change, delay, detention, breakdown, cancellation, failure, accident, act, omission or negligence of any such service provider however caused contingencies or any other cause beyond its control. You must take out adequate travel insurance against such contingencies.

DanaTrips liability in respect of any tour will be limited to the refund of amounts received from you less all non-refundable costs and charges and the costs of any substituted event or alternate services provided. The terms and conditions of the relevant service provider from time to time comprise the sole agreement between you and that service provider.

ERRORS

In case of printing, typographical error, computer error, verbal or human billing error, we reserve the right to invoice or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

BAGGAGE

Each escorted and independent tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry on due to limited baggage area on buses/cars. For some airlines and taxi/coach transfers, extra luggage may be subject to an extra charge due on the spot.

NAMES MUST MATCH PASSPORT

The name given on your DanaTrips booking must match the name on your passport, and in-turn, the name on your air ticket. Any variation between the spelling of your name on your air-ticket and passport will require re-ticketing, often at the cost of a completely new ticket.

OPTIONAL TOURS

Traditionally, tour directors make available for purchase a series of optional excursions and other activities to fill in free days and evenings. You are under no obligation to take any; they are strictly optional. Depending on the tour, if you avail yourself of all optional, the total will be approximately €20 to €100 per person.

FEES FOR AIR-TICKET NAME CHANGES/REVISIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Name corrections before ticketing will incur a minimum fee of €50 per passenger, and are subject to fare, and or flight schedule changes. Once air tickets are issued, a minimum €300 revision/cancellation fee will apply to each ticket, plus fare, and or flight changes if applicable.  This charge is not covered by the DanaTrips Protection Plan and subject to change.

FEES FOR CUSTOMIZED ITINERARY CHANGES

After your final payment, a € 50 fee will be imposed for each change of service within your itinerary. These services include, but are not limited to changes or cancellations of transfers, hotels, train tickets, day tours and reservations or services of any kind. There is no additional charge for adding services to your itinerary at any time. Changes requested during travel will be considered as a new reservation, with new dates and products priced accordingly. Air ticket changes and cancellations carry different fees as shown above.

HOTEL OVERBOOKINGS ON INDEPENDENT TRAVEL

In very rare cases, and through no fault of DanaTrips, your reserved hotel may be overbooked upon your arrival. The overbooked hotel will offer you a similar or superior accommodation at no extra charge. If the alternate accommodation is not accepted by you, DanaTrips reserves the right to offer you a full refund of such accommodation without re-booking.

REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS

We work around-the-clock to insure your vacation goes smoothly and according to plan. But unexpected problems, often out of our control, can still arise. We urge you to work with us in correcting the problem on the spot instead of dealing with it after you return home.
On DanaTrips escorted tours, work with your tour leader to resolve concerns. For independent travel, speak to your hotel front desk manager, your local tour guide, driver, etc. Your travel documents will also have contact numbers for help in resolving problems. If a refund is warranted, it is under the express condition that you release us from all further liability.

GUESTS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.

TRIPLE ROOMS

Available on most tours. They usually consist of a twin bedded room with an additional folding bed or cot for the third person. This may not be comfortable for three adults.

MISCELLANEOUS

Foreign air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels and motor coaches are not in the same standard in all cities. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend an additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs.
Passenger certifies not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers.
If you are a “no-show” or fail to notify DanaTrips of your cancellation, you will NOT receive NO refund.
