Croatia is known as the country of beautiful green parks, abundant waterfalls, and loyal people. In the 9-day tour of “Croatia Land of Borna,” we will explore this land from Zagreb. We will spend 1 night in Zagreb to discover the capital and largest city of this country. Then, we’ll have a 3-night stay in Pula to visit Plitvice Lakes National Park, Pula, and the beautiful town of Rovinj, enjoying the nature and culture of these cities.  Next, we will head towards Zadar, where we’ll have the opportunity to try local foods and products. Finally, we’ll spend 3 nights in Dubrovnik, experiencing one of Europe’s most beautiful cities with our guide. This tour is designed for those who love beauty, nature, and lesser-known countries.

Arrive at Zagreb Airport, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Guided city tour organized to explore the largest city and capital of the Republic of Croatia, located in the heart of Europe, sheltered by the Mount Medvednica, and laying on the banks of the river Sava. Visit charming and picturesque Gornji Grad (Upper Town) and modern Donji Grad (Lower Town), enjoy the beautiful squares, parks, and facades of this vibrant city.

Begin the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel and prepare yourself to depart towards Plitvice Lakes National Park, a must-see natural wonder in Croatia and a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Surrounded by dense woods and characterized by its rich flora and fauna, Plitvice Lakes are a natural phenomenon of rare and unique beauty. Stroll the paradisiacal paths of the park, admire the magnificent lakes, the beautiful cascading waterfalls, and the whole picturesque image of nature. After park visit, continue your journey towards Pula.

Charming city of Rovinj, like a fairy-tale settlement, the city is jam-packed with small yellow and scarlet houses connected with cobbled streets and squares. This tiny gem has it all: the history, the culture, the cuisine, and you will love it! After lunch break we will continue to the city of Poreč, one of the most famous vacation destinations in Istria. Known for a long seafront promenade, great beaches, modern restaurants and numerous historical sights, Poreč will easily captivate you.

Join us on a voyage dotted with spectacular landscapes, rural architecture and monuments of history. Believe it or not, Konavle region has it all – the charm, the tradition and exquisite cuisine. Taste exquisite wines in several wineries and learn all about flour production on a visit to the old water mill. Traditional customs are presented in the village of Ljuta in the water-powered mill where you get to see how flour was once produced. Here you can also learn everything about wool processing, another traditional craft of this region. Relish in some of the best wines originating in this part of Croatia in the following three vineyards. You may also find it particularly interesting to pick at the traditional ploughman’s lunch of bacon, onions and hard-boiled eggs served in a customary manner of the old folks from Konavle who laboured in the fields.
